Get the most out of your electric toothbrush with our step-by-step guide!

  • Step 1: Place your toothbrush at a 45-degree angle towards your gums, then turn it on.

  • Step 2: Focus on one quadrant at a time (upper right, upper left, lower right, lower left). Guide the toothbrush along the fronts, backs, and chewing surfaces of your teeth. Spend 30 seconds on each quadrant: 10 seconds on the fronts, 10 seconds on the backs, and 10 seconds on the chewing surfaces.

  • Step 3: Repeat the process for the remaining three quadrants.

  • Step 4: Rinse your toothbrush with water and brush your tongue to eliminate bacteria that cause bad breath.

  • Step 5: Rinse your mouth and toothbrush again, and you're done!

When used correctly, electric toothbrushes are excellent at removing plaque from your teeth and along the gumline. They’re especially beneficial for those with limited mobility and can be a fun tool for kids. Whether you choose a manual or electric toothbrush, remember to brush thoroughly and gently for 2 minutes, twice a day!
